Dr. Mazen Shaheen, MD is a board-certified interventional cardiologist, dedicated and passionate about pushing the boundaries of cardiac care. He earned his medical degree at the American University of Beirut(Dean’s Honor List AUB) where he also completed his internship before pursuing his residency at the University of Cincinnati in Ohio. Driven by a desire to expand his expertise in healthcare management, Dr. Shaheen completed an MBA program at the University of Akron, Ohio.

Dr. Mazen Shaheen has been mending broken hearts since 2010 when he began his Cardiology Fellowship at UTHSC, Memphis, TN, and the University of Oklahoma, OK. With over 10 years of clinical experience working at renowned US hospitals like Cypress Heart and Heartland Cardiology in Wichita, KS, Locum Work, US, and Pima Heart, Tucson, AZ, he discovered his passion in the city of medical revolution and innovation: Dubai. There, he started working at the Medical Center Hospital and Emirates Hospital, before finally settling at Fakeeh Hospital, Dubai, where he currently practices.
